Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Functionally reporting to: Group Web Marketing Manager

Job summary

The purpose of the job is to achieve the business target in terms of sales and brand positioning thanks to all relevant digital marketing channels, for both SRO and STC business trhough constant and periodical  contact with Headquarter department

Key purpose of the role

  • To implement and manage – via the local agencies – all online campaigns for the acquisition of new students through the use of different recruitment channels (online media, SEO, SEM, displays, affiliate programmes, social media) and the coordination of communication activities to achieve the set target for leads generations and conversion
  • To be responsible for developing brand awareness of Istituto Marangoni China, through media, marketing events and activities and all other kinds of possible channels
  • To support sales and admission related promotion activities also interacting with the key figures of agencies and external consultants (PR, web agencies, etc.), at a Local level
  • To manage CRM activities and plan/implement initiatives to enhance to the conversion rate, leads to enrolled
  • To ensure the constant update and the development of the 2 websites, landing page and on line material
  • To preparte, manage and control the yearly budget for online marketing, preparing the relevant weekly reports and suggesting improvement actions to the Managing Director Mainland China & STC Director
  • and the Group Web Marketing Manager
  • To analyse and periodically check all competitors’ online communications activities/positioning with the objective to provide an update intelligence report
  • To garantee the Social Media Management (editorial plan, chat and leads monitoring)

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor degree or above in web marketing, or communication related majors
  • At least 5/6 years related work experience in the web marketing or in acquisition oriented position (web agencies)
  • Experienced in management of marketing budget
  • Management skill and negotiation skill for the management of external vendors and partners
  • Selfmotivated, detail oriented and very good team player and team work spirit
  • Marketing sense and able to manage the multi task at the same time
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and Chinese
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics and web marketing strategy and execution, especially PPC and SEO management and evaluation
