Fashion & Degree Show Paris
Last 13th June, in Avenue Raymond Poincaré, at the old premises of Istituto Marangoni, the French fashion industry saw the collections of the best talents of Paris-based Campus. Indeed, in front of a fascinated and engaged audience, twelve graduates of the Fashion Design course presented as many as 72 models, the result of their commitment and their creativity. «We are proud to offer our students the chance to see their creations on the catwalk» said Valérie Berdah Levy, director of the Fashion School in Paris, who also pointed out that all the creations reflect the different international backgrounds and passions of the young Fashion Designers. «Each one of them was inspired by their world, experiences, and travels».
Moreover, this year the partnership with one of the most prestigious French manufacturer of lace and tulle Sophie Hallette was renewed for the second time and gave the opportunity for the students to use and be sponsored with lace to develop their six outfits. Sasha Nasser and Cecile Douangphrachandr are the two winner’s execos. They have been sponsored with lace for their final collection and the opportunity to receive, following their victory, extra lot of lace to expand their collection and also are offered to do a trip and tour of the factory located in Caudry in the north of France.
The Degree Show was another important moment during the evening, when the projects of the students of Fashion Styling, Fashion Business and Fashion Design courses were presented.
