IMRO wins the IIID Design Award

Istituto Marangoni keeps on gathering international success stories. Noteworthy results in India now, with the Istituto Marangoni Representative Office project winning this year’s edition of the IIID design awards. Istituto Marangoni representative Office got shortlisted at the zonal level first, and then was awarded for the first prize under the “Commercial workplace category".

The winning project was carried out for Istituto Marangoni Representative Office by The Ashleys, an architecture firm providing services in interiors and architecture for “Designing and Design build”. Which designed a 1000 sq. Office in collaboration with the principal design team of Istituto Marangoni, it was advised by arch. Gabriele Marelli, lecturer at Isituto Marangoni Milano Design School.

A stylish yet minimalistic project, where details seem to lie in simplicity itself, with the conception of understated yet meticulous environments, intelligently designed to bring in flexibility without looking harsh, but rather harmonious.

The Design has an absolute international appeal and the red color of the carefully chosen Cappellini Furniture provides an added touch of finesse to the entire space.

The Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) is a major institution for the field of Interior Design in India. A large number of Indian designers participate in the IIID Design Awards every year as this competition is a unique opportunity to showcase & compete their designs at a national level.
