For the first time, Istituto Marangoni took part in SaloneSatellite 2014, an international podium that connects young design talents with entrepreneurs and industry talent scouts who have arrived in Milano for the prestigious Salone del Mobile.
Students of Istituto Marangoni Design School had the opportunity to exhibit a selection of product, interior and visual design creations, focused on the theme "Design, innovation and craftsmanship".
Giulio Masciocchi, "Xilema" exhibit, a versatile wooden deck-chair, for product design.
Nina Savlaieva, Mileta Savlaeva and Carmen Moreno, for interior design, have presented a project of an innovative Dirk Bikkembergs concept store .
Matteo Carraturo and Karyna Skydanova, for the visual design area, have presented videos created to showcase their portfolio in an innovative and technological way, with the aid of an iPad.
"Being part of this important international observatory of youth's creativity gives us great pride and is in line with our most important project, which is to develop skills and nurture new talents", says Roberto Riccio, Group Managing Director at Istituto Marangoni.
