Istituto Marangoni The School of Design renews its commitment to Made in Italy excellence design by launching the second edition of the Masters Degree in Italian Product Design, in collaboration with Cappellini furniture and interior design company. The Master course in Italian Product Design is addressed to graduates in design, engineering, and architecture, as well as professionals having accrued specific design experience in the field. It aims at training professionals able to face the future of "Made in Italy" in the market of industrial products, through the knowledge of design, craftsmanship and excellence manufacturing; specialists capable of coherently identifying and developing the key factors of a product, having learned to enhance their skills in a theoretical and practical training undertaken in direct contact with industry experts and companies. Giulio Cappellini, Art Director of Istituto Marangoni School of Design, has followed closely and with great interest participants in the first edition of the course – which ended in September 2014 – supporting them in the design of a seating system for airport lounges; now the best works will enjoy international visibility at the next Design Week in Milano. Cappellini has expressed his willingness to actively continue his cooperation with Istituto Marangoni for the academic year 2015/2016, even offering an internship opportunity to the best participant in the Masters programme in Italian Product Design. Registrations are already open. Check all the details > Italian Product Design
