Elenia Marzolo grew up absorbing from her mother, tailor and pattern maker, a great passion for sartorial art and decoration, developing, over the years, skills and attitudes towards the manipulation and experimentation with fabrics and embroidery which she then strengthened during her training at Istituto Marangoni Milano, where she completed the Fashion Design course with flying colours in 2008.
Immediately after she graduated, she joined Gianni Versace fashion house, where climbing her career ladder with dedication and tenacity, she is still working now as Head Designer of Atelier Versace Vip & Celebrities, Special Project and Underwear & Beachwear, in direct creative contact with the icon of Italian Fashion Donatella Versace. Since 2008, she has been also the official Illustrator of the brand.
During her training period, Elenia carried out some illustration projects for the Spanish brand Kina Fernandez, followed by a brief work experience at Ballantyne’s. The unique creative talent springing from the projects she worked on once she graduated, was acknowledged by several awards, such as “35 years of FILA” and “MercedeBenz GLK Interior Design“. Her designs have been featured in premiere fashion magazines and she has dressed world-renowned personalities and celebrities, including Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and Beyoncè.
