Marco De Santi

Marco De Santi is a keen observer with the unusual ability to rework ideas in order to create new rationales for the use of objects in the field of industrial design. He attended the Product Design Master’s course at Istituto Marangoni School of Design graduating in 2008, but his full-time commitment to being a product designer had already started in 2007, when he founded the multidisciplinary design studio Studio Natural in Lucca, Tuscany, in partnership with Alessandro Paoletti. Two-time winner of the iF Design Award, in 2011 and 2017, De Santi was also the winner of the Lucky Strike Design Award in 2009, of the Good Design Award in 2011, and of the Young & Design Competition in 2013, just to mention some of his most important achievements. In 2016, he also received a mention of honor at the 24th ADI Compasso d’Oro international design competition.
