Ani Datukishvili at the Tbilisi Fashion Week

Confirming the high quality of Istituto Marangoni teachings, several alumni of the school, after graduation, present their own brand during the most important fashion weeks all over the world.

Among them, Ani Datukishvili, Georgian designer and alumna of the Paris School of Fashion: Ani showcased her SS2018 collection designed for her eponymous brand last 29th October within the Tbilisi Fashion Week, one of the most important fashion events in the Caucasus, which is more and more becoming a worldwide recognized fashion hub.

Graduated in Fashion Design in 2015 at the Paris School of Fashion, Ani founded her own luxury brand in 2016, establishing herself as one of the most interesting talents in Georgian fashion. Her collections, showcased within the Tbilisi Fashion Weeks, have been acclaimed by the press, and her outfits have been featured on prestigious magazines such as Vogue UK, Vogue Italia, Elle USA, Nowfashion and Highsnobiety.

Her SS2018 collection features 25 looks. The first part of the collection, very geometric and minimalist, is characterized by plain black & white fabrics and present a polished black finishing giving the outfits a cool touch. The second part features feminine silhouettes and lace fabrics inspired by Victorian style.
