Alessandro Mengozzi, I'M Alumnus of the three-year course in Fashion Design at the Milan Fashion school, who graduated in 2009, creates extravagant ornamental headdresses under his eponymous brand.

After attending the fashion design course at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, Alessandro started working as a freelance designer creating collections of unique pieces of handcrafted, imaginative, ornamental headpieces bearing his name. Balancing his passion for art and fashion, Alessandro draws inspiration from nature, reinterpreting everything around him with a dark vein that has always characterized him.
In 2010, as an emerging designer, he founded both the streetwear brand I AM® and produced his first collection of headpieces. From 2010 to 2014, Alessandro combined his work on the creation of unique, couture headpieces with the development of limited edition streetwear collections, marketed internationally under the I AM® brand.
