Elisa Nencioni, I'M Alumna of the Master's course in Fashion Design Collection & Marketing at Istituto Marangoni Firenze, is the founder and creative director of the womenswear fashion brand Nencioni.

In 2021, Elisa attended a Master's program in Fashion Design Collection and Marketing at Istituto Marangoni Firenze, winning a scholarship in partnership with Etro. During her studies, Elisa developed her understanding of all the elements involved in creating fashion collections that are both creative and in line with market demands.

Subsequently, she enriched her work experience working as a fashion designer at various fashion studios, including Celestino Couture New York, Quartostato Design, Daks London, and spent a significant period at Ermanno di Ermanno Scervino. Her responsibilities included developing collection concepts, researching color palettes, designing clothing pieces, proposing graphics, and ensuring sample quality.

In 2023, Elisa founded her own brand, Nencioni, which reflects her personal vision of fashion, combining creativity and craftsmanship with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Her talent has been recognized by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, which featured her in the Milan Fashion Week calendar with digital shows. Currently, the Nencioni brand is distributed by the MDC Milano Showroom and has received attention in the fashion and entertainment industries.
