Following her studies at Istituto Marangoni, Olga developed a distinctive creative path rooted in research, craftsmanship, and textile culture. Her work draws inspiration from antique fabrics, traditional embroidery techniques, and vintage garments, reflecting a long-standing interest in the history and cultural significance of textile traditions. Through years of studying hand embroidery and its origins, she has explored techniques and materials from diverse cultures, with a particular focus on those of Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

This research became the foundation of Mul Olga, a project that brings together contemporary fashion, artisanal expertise, natural materials, and upcycling practices. By reimagining existing fabrics and embroideries, Olga seeks to preserve their heritage while transforming them into unique contemporary creations.

A significant milestone in her career was the collaboration “Forte_Forte Loves Mul Olga” with Giada Forte, which reinterpreted traditional Ukrainian textiles and embroidery through the lens of contemporary fashion.

Today, Olga continues to collaborate with women artists and artisans living and working in Ukraine, supporting the preservation and visibility of their craftsmanship on an international scale. For her, sustainability goes beyond environmental responsibility: it means valuing people, preserving traditional skills, and giving new life to materials with a story, transforming them into something meaningful for the future.
