On April 18th, INDITEX group Ms. Cristina Velasco Diez, from HR Asia ITX Trading, and Ms. Laura Leon, from Talent Acquisition Asia were invited by Istituto Marangoni Shanghai training centre to introduce INDITEX to young talents of Istituto Marangoni. In a well-structured introductory section, Ms. Cristina and Ms. Laura presented the Company’s history and its business model, their brand management strategy, product development sourcing profiles and international programmes. The opening part subsequently led to an informal talk with the participants to share thoughts and ask and answer questions. Trainees from Shanghai training centre and many alumni from European campuses attended the talk. They were all very attracted by INDITEX business patterns and values, as well as very excited about the career opportunities of working for a company of this size and reputation.
