THE COLLECTION: U’ CSTEUM
The SS24 collection is entitled " U' Csteum," an Apulian dialect term that encompasses a double meaning: men's suit and bathing suit.
The designer comes, in fact, from a small town in the province of Bari and at the beginning of this course of study he was catapulted into a reality completely different, Milan, giving him the opportunity to have new experiences and to know always things new things.
This feeling, was the inspiration for the collection, born from the combination of the 'Apulian aesthetic inspired by the shots of photographer Piero Percoco and an 'analysis of 1970s/80s New York vintage photos.
THE DESIGNER: MARTIN GRISSI
Martin Gissi is a 21-year-old guy, born in South Italy, who has always been passionate about the world of fashion, ever since he was a kid and saw his grandfather, a tailor, working in his shop. He is very curious and determined, he really enjoys traveling and always discovering new things to feed his inner artist. He has always been a sports enthusiast, now he loves to organize small surfing vacations.
Sartorial culture, a modern and genderless taste, knitted garments and a careful study of archives are the main features of his collections.
