SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST IN PARTNERSHIP WITH JAY OSGERBY FOR THE LONDON SCHOOL
In collaboration with acclaimed designer JAY OSGERBY, Istituto Marangoni London launches an exclusive scholarship aimed at emerging talent in the world of Design. This brand new opportunity is intended to support and enhance your future career in Interior Design and Product Design. This is your chance to showcase your boldest ideas and join a new generation of design innovators.
THE PROJECT
Scholarship projects are differentiated between the two domains of study students are interested in.
- For Product Design courses, the project challenges applicants to speculate on how product design can respond to future needs through a thoughtful synthesis of traditional craftsmanship and emerging technologies. Applicants are invited to explore the creative tension between heritage methods and advanced processes to reimagine an everyday artefact.
- For Interior Design courses, the contest urges applicants to design a spatial concept for a temporary interior installation in London that communicates a narrative, this may be cultural, social, historical, or personal in nature.

THE SCHOLARSHIP
Successful applicants could receive up to 50% off tuition fees for selected design programmes starting in September 2025 — with one undergraduate (UG) and one master's (LBM) applicant each receiving a 50% tuition reduction, and a second-place winner receiving 30% off.
