Fashion Summer Camp: Fashion Sewing

This hands‑on course introduces to the creative world of fashion sewing. Over two weeks, students will learn the basics of stitching, fabric handling, garment construction, and simple pattern‑making. Through fun, guided activities, they will discover how a fashion idea transforms from a sketch into a wearable piece.

By the end of the program, each student will complete their own fashion project - such as a tote bag, a skirt, or a customized top - developing essential skills in creativity, craft, and personal style.

This course is structured over 2 weeks:

Week 1 – 20 hours

Introduction to fashion sewing; fabrics and materials: how to choose the right fabric; hand stitching essentials and sewing machine; introduction to simple patterns.

Week 2 – 20 hours

Working on the final piece: project selection and sketching, cutting the garment, construction and sewing, fitting and adjustments, final showcase.

Classes are scheduled as follows:

• Sunday to Thursday: 4 hours per day (from late morning to early afternoon)
