Francesco Lopez, I'M Alumnus of the Bachelor's course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano, is a fashion designer with a track record in luxury and contemporary menswear.

Following his graduation in 2017, he kickstarted his career working as Outerwear Designer for Woolrich; later on, he joined Loro Piana as a Menswear Designer where he worked across the full design process for outerwear and woven, from seasonal search to fitting and prototyping. In 2021, he joined Zara as a Senior Menswear Designer. In this role, he further enhanced his skills by leading the design for the formal menswear collection across outerwear, shirts and trousers categories. In 2024, he moved to Massimo Dutti where, as Head of Men's Shirts, he oversees and leads the creative direction from concept to final product.

In paralel, Francesco has also followed an entrpreneurial career by founding FUP Studio in 2024. FUP Studio is a creative project that support fashion professionals by offering design consulting and digital resources for garment creation and trend forecasting via mockups, trend reports and other tools.

Francesco is one of Istituto Marangoni's official I'M Mentors on the I'M Alumni Platform.
