He supports investors and VC funds, as well as Startups and Scaleups founders, in recruiting their teams and specifically in hiring C-level professionals and board members. Ottavio holds a Msc in Management from Bocconi University and has studied abroad at the University of Wisconsin, US and at the Peking University, China. While working, Ottavio completed an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi.
