Industry Projects at the Paris School
Industry Projects at the Paris School
At Istituto Marangoni Paris, industry engagement is not an addition to the curriculum — it is embedded within it. Throughout Term 1, students across programmes collaborated with leading high-end and luxury brands, gaining first-hand exposure to real business environments and creative challenges.
These industry projects reflect the School’s commitment to offering live business experience while maintaining close, meaningful connections with prestigious fashion houses.
Retail Immersion with Versace and Ferragamo
Students from the BA Fashion Business (3rd Year) partnered with Versace, visiting the brand’s boutique to meet directly with the store manager. The exchange provided valuable insight into retail strategy, client experience, brand positioning, and day-to-day luxury operations.
Similarly, MA Fashion Buying and Luxury Management students collaborated with Ferragamo, visiting the boutique to engage with the store manager and analyse buying strategies, merchandising logic, and retail performance within a global luxury framework.
Creative Dialogue with Schiaparelli
For the BA Fashion Communication and Image (3rd Year), the industry project with Schiaparelli offered a deep dive into brand storytelling, heritage, and contemporary image construction within the couture landscape. Their mission is to build a fashion show at Palais d’Iena by using AI tools to create an immersive digital presentation.
Creative Communication with Nodaleto
BA Fashion Communication and Image students also collaborated with Nodaleto, engaging with a modern luxury brand known for its strong visual identity and cultural positioning.
Strategic Brief with Zadig & Voltaire
The team from Zadig & Voltaire visited the School to personally brief students, offering direct insight into the brand’s expectations, positioning, and market challenges. Working from a live brief allowed students to experience professional standards, deadlines, and client-oriented thinking.
Designing with Patou: A Capsule Collection Project
MA Fashion Design students collaborated with Patou on the development of a capsule collection. A highlight of the project was the visit of Guillaume Henry, Creative Director of Patou, who came to the School to review the students’ work and provide direct feedback.

Across all programmes, these Term 1 industry projects demonstrate Istituto Marangoni Paris’ ongoing commitment to maintaining strong partnerships with high-end and luxury brands. By working on real briefs, visiting brand boutiques, meeting store managers, and receiving feedback from industry leaders, students gain a clear understanding of professional expectations and market dynamics.
