Istituto Marangoni and UNIBE launch a Double Degree in Interior Design

Istituto Marangoni Milano and Universidad Iberoamericana have signed an Articulation Agreement for a Double Degree in Interior Design

Istituto Marangoni and Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) from the Dominican Republic have just signed their first 2+2 Articulation Agreement.

Starting from September 2024, students from the renowned university in Santo Domingo will have the possibility to join peers at Istituto Marangoni in Milano and receive a Double Degree in Interior Design. Through the Agreement, UNIBE students currently attending the second year of the Bachelor Degree of “Diseño de Interiores” can apply for the second and third year of the Bachelor Degree in “Interior Design” at Istituto Marangoni in Milano and be awarded with both universities’ Degree titles.

The signing ceremony has been held in Santo Domingo last March 12th, with the presence of the representatives from the MESCyT (Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología) and of UNIBE.

“This collaboration represents a shared commitment to creativity, innovation, educational quality, which will set a new standard in preparation” UNIBE Rector Odile Camilo Vincent said.

“Istituto Marangoni is proud to start a collaboration with UNIBE, which mission is to promote a transformative educational experience and create relevant knowledge through a model of excellence and innovation, and to give their students an immersive experience in Milano, the cradle of Italian design, and a contemporary approach to contemporary lifestyle interior design”, added Stefania Valenti, Istituto Marangoni Managing Director.
