Co-Creating the Future of Beauty

The Master’s Program in Marketing and Communication Management for Fragrances and Cosmetics at Istituto Marangoni Milano has completed another Industry Project in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana Beauty.
Students were given a forward-thinking brief: How can they design the second chapter of a successful product launch? How can they make the next Eye Dare You! 2.0 viral and capture the attention of a new generation of beauty consumers in 2026.
The Winning Vision: A 360° Beauty Statement
Among several standout proposals, one team stood out for its originality, strategic depth, and trend-forward creativity. The winning project, “Eye Dare You (To Be)”, was developed by Francesco Fava, Matilde Lucchini, and Laura Iaurum, whose proposal was honoured as Best Industry Project by the brand.
The team presented a concept that extended beyond the product itself, positioning it as a vehicle for personal expression and cultural relevance. Their proposal combined digital and physical touchpoints, envisioning a campaign designed to engage audiences across multiple platforms.
From creative assets and influencer outreach to immersive brand experiences, their strategy addressed key stages of the customer journey. At its heart, the project aimed to foster emotional engagement and visibility, offering a fresh perspective on how beauty can connect with and inspire the next generation of consumers.

Industry Meets Education
The final projects were presented to professionals from Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. The final projects marked the culmination of several months of collaboration involving market analysis, competitive benchmarking, consumer insight gathering, and creative development.
The initiative not only allowed students to respond to a real-world brief from one of the most prestigious names in beauty but also highlighted Istituto Marangoni Milano’s distinctive educational approach—a fusion of creativity, strategy, and direct industry exposure.
