SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE COURSES STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2026

"To me, it’s the core essence of anyone working in the creative world. If you have a creative mindset, it’s something no one can take away from you. It’s inside you, it follows you everywhere. It’s like a passport: if you live in that mental space, you automatically belong to the global creative community.

“Creative State of Mind” is also the driving force behind Istituto Marangoni’s past, present, and future; a mindset that shapes new generations." - Pietro Terzini, Visual Artist

With these words, Pietro Terzini expressed the meaning of “Creative State of Mind”, the claim developed to celebrate Istituto Marangoni’s 90th anniversary.

Through dedicated initiatives, strategic partnerships, and tailored opportunities, students are supported in transitioning from academic environments to the realities of the creative world. This ongoing commitment ensures that creativity is constantly connected to real-world contexts, professional networks, and evolving industry dynamics.

Now it’s your turn. Are you ready to make a difference?

Istituto Marangoni launches a special grant for all its courses starting this SEPTEMBER 2026, involving the following schools:

MILANO • MILANO DESIGN • FIRENZE • LONDON • PARIS • DUBAI

THE CONTEST

Participants are invited to reflect about the topic of creativity through their own and unique point of view.
Requirements may vary depending on the selected course. Applicants wishing to be considered for this special grant should submit the following:

1. CREATIVE COURSES

Applicants for creative courses are requested to submit 6 self-produced creative ideas: these can be anything that visually describes their inspiration and interpretation about the claim “Creative state of mind” and the area of study that they have chosen.

2. BUSINESS COURSES

Applicants for business courses are requested to submit a 700-word document reflecting on a creative professional within the fashion business industry who they consider particularly inspiring.

The document should include a critical analysis of the chosen individual’s approach, vision, and impact on the industry, highlighting why their work represents a meaningful source of inspiration. Applicants are encouraged to explore how this figure embodies innovation, influences contemporary trends, or redefines business practices within fashion.
