Innovative Accessories Challenge
YOUNG DESIGNERS REINVENT ACCESSORIES THROUGH INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY
In collaboration with Sara Sozzani Maino, the FIRENZE SCHOOL is launching an international challenge dedicated to young designers under 30, inviting them to explore new expressive possibilities in the world of contemporary accessories.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge encourages an approach that combines experimentation, material research, and responsible design, fostering a dialogue between craftsmanship, innovative techniques, and aesthetic visions capable of anticipating the languages of the future.
The aim is to invite young designers to go beyond the traditional notion of the accessory-object and interpret it as an expressive form, a wearable sculpture, or a functional device able to interact with the body and the environment in which it is placed.
The projects will be evaluated by an outstanding international jury composed of:

- Sara Sozzani Maino • Creative Director @Fondazione Sozzani
APPLICATION
Applicants are invited to submit:
- Information form with personal details and educational background
- Curriculum Vitae and Motivational Letter
- Concept presentation of the proposed project
- Portfolio of previous work

AWARDS
The winning project will receive:
- Full scholarship for the Master in Luxury Accessories Design Management at Istituto Marangoni Firenze;
- Production and prototyping of the selected project, which may be exhibited during the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of Istituto Marangoni Firenze.
The two awards may also be assigned to different participants, at the Jury’s discretion.
