SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VOGUE THAILAND FOR THE LONDON SCHOOL

In partnership with Vogue Thailand, Istituto Marangoni London is proud to launch a dedicated scholarship opportunity for emerging creatives ready to make their mark on the global fashion stage. 

If you are passionate about Fashion Business, Fashion Design, or Fashion Styling, this is your moment. Choose your path at undergraduate or postgraduate level and showcase your creativity, vision, and potential. 

THE PROJECT

Projects' topics are different depending on the study area you are applying for. Specifically:

• For Fashion Business courses, the project invites applicants to conceptualize a two-day event in a city in your country or of your choice that reflects both the VOGUE WORLD brand and the local culture and creativity. VOGUE WORLD is an immersive, multi-day fashion and culture event created by Vogue magazine. It blends high fashion, street style, performance, and local creativity into a live celebration of Vogue’s editorial vision.
  
  Proposals should include:
  
  • Theme and Concept
  • Programme for each day
  • Talent and Partnerships
  • Audience Engagement
  • Visual and Styling Direction

• For Fashion Design courses, the project challenges you to develop a capsule collection (4–6 looks) that engages with the cultural, aesthetic, or editorial legacy of Vogue magazine.
  Whether inspired by a specific era, an iconic editor or cover, a photographic style, or a theme historically explored by Vogue, you will reinterpret and channel these references into a contemporary, relevant capsule collection.
  The capsule collection should relate in some way to sustainability, considering cultural and ethical issues, and investigating responsible fashion processes by Identifying and research current challenges that exist in fashion and their impact on people and the environment. The goal is to reflect on Vogue’s influence in shaping fashion language and visual storytelling—and translate that into original design work that bridges editorial fashion with personal vision.

• For Fashion Styling courses, the project is about creating a portfolio developing a creative editorial pitch, highlighting a proper understanding of fashion storytelling and developed over 6 (minimum) to 10 (maximum) slides in PDF Format and including a minimum of 4 moodboards

Contest winners will receive:

• 50% off tuition fees for 2 winners — one UG and one PG 

• 30% off tuition fees for 2 runners-up — one UG and one PG 

Open to students applying to Istituto Marangoni London. Programmes start in September 2025.
