Munkhbayasgalan (Baysa) Delgerbat is an I'M Alumna of Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion School, where she earned a Master's diploma in Fashion Styling, Creative Direction and Digital Content in 2024, following a Fashion Design Intensive program. Nowadays, she is based in Mongolia where she is in charge of the Creative Direction of Goyol Cashmere, a local leader in the production of Mongolian cashmere wool.

Born into a family rooted in Mongolia’s cashmere industry, Baysa grew up quite literally “wrapped in cashmere.” From an early age, factories, yarn development, and seasonal collections were part of her everyday environment, shaping her aesthetic sensitivity and deep respect for craftsmanship. This upbringing instilled in her a sense of responsibility to preserve heritage while pushing it forward. Following this passion for the craft and to nurture  additonal expertise in the Fashion industry, she enrolled in Istituto Marangoni where she developed the ability to think from both the designer’s and the creative director’s perspective, understanding construction, silhouette, and materiality while shaping narrative, image, and brand vision.

Today, as Creative Director of Goyol Cashmere, she leads brand positioning, seasonal collections, product development, and integrated communications, combining strategic thinking with strong visual storytelling. Her long-term vision is to position Mongolian cashmere as a globally recognized symbol of quality, culture, and ethical growth.

A defining milestone in her career was leading the creative direction and design development of Team Mongolia’s ceremonial uniforms for the Milano–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. Reinterpreting 13th–15th century Mongolian deels through a contemporary lens, the project accumulated widespread international media recognition and positioned Mongolian design prominently on the global stage.​
