Carol Blázquez García, I'M Alumna of the Master in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion in 1995, has more than two decades of experience in the fashion industry. She began her career at companies such as Inditex, Gocco and Jocomomola before focusing exclusively on sustainable fashion from 2010 onward.

That year she joined ECOALF, working with founder Javier Goyeneche as Creative Director and later taking on the responsibility of leading the Innovation and Sustainability Department. Over 15 years in this role, she helped integrate sustainability and innovation into the company’s processes and projects which represent a core facet of the brand's DNA. Indeed, the company has distinguished itself as a champion of sustainability and was among the first to obtain in 2017 the prestigious certification of B-Corp.

She is also a trustee of ECOALF Foundation, contributing to initiatives such as Upcycling the Oceans, a program aimed at collecting and reusing marine waste. Since March 2025, Carol is the Chief Purpose Officer at ECOALF.
