Filippo Cascinelli Staudacher, I'M Alumnus of the Bachelor course in Fashion Design & Accessories at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, is a young designer, founder and creative director of the emerging brand CASCINELLI.

Always passionate about fashion, Filippo attended the Bachelor course in Fashion Design & Accessories at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, graduating in 2021. During his studies, he took part in a project with Manteco and, confirming his talent, he was selected among the 10 Best Designers in the school's final Fashion Show.

His career path began with an experience as an intern in the product development department of Versace, before joining Prada, where he worked for three years as Assistant to the Men's Design Director. The experience in Prada proved to be particularly formative, allowing him to fully understand what it means to work at the highest level in the world of fashion and to develop a design sensibility oriented towards product excellence, with great attention to detail. In 2024, he founded his brand CASCINELLI, with the aim of creating a personal and unique vision. Strongly inspired by childhood memories spent on the family's estate in Trentino, the brand stands out for its fusion of technical innovation and urban elegance. The collections are characterised by the use of innovative and sustainable, high-performance materials, enriched by precious three-dimensional inserts and extreme attention to detail.

Since its debut, CASCINELLI has attracted critical attention. In the Fall-Winter 25/26 season, he made his debut at Pitti Uomo in the Emerging Designer and Men's Future categories and subsequently showcased at Fashion Hub, a CNMI initiative, as part of the designers selected for the Designers for the Planet project, dedicated to brands that integrate sustainability in the creation and production of their collections.

During Milan Fashion Week Men's SS27, Filippo returned to Istituto Marangoni Milano to present his latest collection as part of the official Fashion Week calendar at the school's new home, Palazzo Turati.

Filippo Cascinelli Staudacher on Istituto Marangoni:
"Istituto Marangoni gave me the opportunity to transform my passion into a professional vision. Beyond the technical skills, it taught me how to develop a strong creative identity and approach design with both ambition and discipline. The projects I worked on during my studies challenged me to think critically and refine my creative process, an approach that has stayed with me throughout my experiences at Prada, Versace, Moschino and in building my own brand, CASCINELLI. Marangoni played a fundamental role in shaping not only the designer I am today, but also the way I see fashion as a balance between creativity, culture, and innovation."
