Gul Agis, I'M Alumna of the Fashion Design course at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, is the founder and creative director of womenswear brand Lug Von Siga.

After having completed her first major in English Language & Literature, Gul Agis studied fashion design at Istituto Marangoni Milan Fashion school, graduating in 2000, and later completed her fashion design master’s degree in Milan.
After her academic studies, she began working with many fashion companies both in Milan and Istanbul.

She then decided to create her own ready-to-wear brand with the acronym of her name, as Lug Von Siga in 2010. Being respectful to her own heritage and culture, her love for prints, fabric manipulation and embroideries made Lug Von Siga a highly recognized and respected brand within the global environment.
Over the years, Gul has collaborated with many creative artists from different disciplines all over the world and launched many initiative dedicated to sustainability.

"Istituto Marangoni was an important step in shaping the way to express my creative vision. To find a job in Italy was a challenge, but the final presentations and projects helped me to express my vision and creativity.
My advice to someone who wants to pursue a career as a Creative Director in the fashion industry is: don’t be afraid, and be steadfast in your vision and dreams. Fly as high as you can with your new ideas.
