Juhi Agarwal, I'M Alumna of the Master's program in Fashion Design Womenswear at Milano Fashion, is a fashion designer who is specialised in the production and development of embroideries. Currently she holds the position of Embroidery Production & Development Manager at Maison Celine.

In 2011, Juhi began studying a Master's program in Fashion Design specializing in women's clothing at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, graduating in 2012. Subsequently, she began her professional career by moving to Barcelona to work as an Assistant Designer at Mango. In 2014, Juhi joined the product development department at Pierre Cardin in Milan. In this role, she had the opportunity to manage the development of collections for men's F/W jackets, sweaters, and t-shirts. Later, in 2017 she moved to Paris to join Saint Laurent as an Assistant Designer specializing in embroidery, a role that allowed her to specialize in the development, research, and creation of embroideries. After her experience at the French Maison, Juhi worked as a freelancer between Paris and Geneva, offering her knowledge and skills in developing and creating fashion collections and embroideries to brands and companies. During this period, she collaborated with brands such as Paco Rabanne, Diomi, and Lacoste.

In 2020, Juhi joined the Parisian offices of Maison Celine as Embroidery Production & Development Manager for prêt-à-porter and accessories. In this role, she is responsible for the development and management of embroidery industrialization, playing a key role in collaboration between various departments including Studio, Merchandising, embroiderers, and manufacturers for the development, production, and operational launch of products.
