Karina
Amiramov
Karina Amiramov, I'M Alumna of the Three-years course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school, is a womenswear designer with over 15 years of international experience in the fashion industry, specializing in the development of brand identities and design languages that express contemporary femininity through a balance of sensuality, strength, and commercial clarity.
After graduating in 2012, she began her career in Milan at a fashion design studio, where she contributed to the development of collections for premium brands, including Anna Rachele. She later founded an independent label focused on leather outerwear embellished with floral embroidery inspired by folklore and punk aesthetics, produced in Tuscany in collaboration with Italian luxury ateliers. The brand’s first campaign, photographed by Szilveszter Makó, marked the transition from a personal creative language into a clearly defined brand identity. Throughout her career, she has developed collections for commercial fashion brands, including SACK’S, building a strong ability to connect creative direction with commercial strategy. She later led the resort and eveningwear division at BANANHOT, while also shaping the brand’s identity development. In this role, she worked closely with Mint Showroom, managed international market activity, and collaborated with platforms such as Mytheresa and Revolve.
Today, she is a womenswear designer at CASTRO, where she helps shape a new design direction that is precise, contemporary, and relevant, merging creative vision with a broader brand perspective.
