Li Xuan Wang, I’M Alumna of the Fashion Design Bachelor’s course at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school, is a menswear designer and the founder & creative director of Italian Job, a  Milan and Shanghai based fashion design and production brand. 

Of Chinese origin, Li Xuan came to Istituto Marangoni Milano to study Fashion Design following her passion for fashion. She gave her best in the three-year fashion course and has had a lot of amazing opportunities to achieve her dream goal. She was the finalist of the Gala London Graduate Fashion Week, representing Istituto Marangoni Milano, and was one of the protagonists of The Doc-talent show on SKY: The Fashion School. After graduating she won a scholarship that gave her the opportunity to attend a Fashion Design Master course. After winning the best designer of the year award at the end of her Master studies, she started working at  Ermenegildo Zegna as a Junior Fashion Designer. Afterwards, she joined Dolce & Gabbana, where she gained valuable experience as a Menswear Designer for the Alta Sartoria collections. After more than three years at Dolce & Gabbana, Li Xuan collaborated again with Ermenegildo Zegna, this time as a Senior Menswear Designer. She freelanced for the ZZegna line, working on jackets, blazers, overshirts, and sportive pants. In 2018, she founded Italian Job, a fashion design and production company operating between Milan and China.
