Nadia Andreea Alecu is an I'M Alumna of the Bachelor's course in Fashion Design and Accessories Womenswear at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school who graduated in 2025. She is currently working in the Design Office at Gucci, focusing on the RTW Leather and Fur collections for both womenswear and menswear.

During her last year Nadia was selected among the top 10 designers to showcase their collection at the school's Fashion Show. This opportunity allowed her to present her collection during Milan Fashion Week. 
Through Istituto Marangoni's career services, Nadia kick-started her career working in Gucci’s Research and Development department, specializing in RTW Leather and Fur collections. Her role involves everything from the research as well as development of garments to ensuring collections align with the brand's vision while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Nadia’s experience at Gucci is an important step for her personal and professional growth, allowing her to collaborate with a professional team who recognized and nurtured her skills.
