Course Overview
This six-days intensive program is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs, emerging designers, and creative professionals who want to build or strengthen a fashion business.
Through practical workshops, strategic frameworks, and real‑world case studies, participants will explore how to develop a business idea, from the analysis of the market to the definition of the business model. By the end of the course, each participant will outline a clear entrepreneurial roadmap and a concise pitch deck for their fashion venture.
COURSE STRUCTURE
This course is structured over 1 week, for a total of 20 hours
Day 1 – From idea to business: understanding fashion entrepreneurship today
Day 2 – Analyze the market: analysis of the competitive scenario
Day 3 – Business model: introduction to fashion business models
Day 4 – Brand & product strategy: from brand identity to product offer
Day 5 - Marketing for start-up: plan and manage marketing activities
Day 6 – Final presentation: pitching, planning & launch strategy
Classes are scheduled as follows:
Sunday to Thursday: 3 hours per day (in the evening),
