Victor and Julius Juul are the co-founders of Copenhagen-based fashion brand HELIOT EMIL, established in 2017.

Victor serves as Business Director, leading the brand’s strategic growth, global operations, partnerships and distribution. With a background in entrepreneurship and business, he has helped expand HELIOT EMIL to over 150 leading retailers worldwide, including Selfridges, SSENSE and Net-A-Porter.

Julius is the brand’s Creative Director. With a background in advertising and art direction, including seven years working with brands in New York, he leads the creative vision and development of HELIOT EMIL’s collections, known for their industrial aesthetic and functional approach to design.

Together, the brothers have built HELIOT EMIL through an experimental, hands-on approach to fashion, continuously evolving the brand through design, innovation and iteration.

As mentors at Istituto Marangoni Dubai, they worked directly with the Fashion Design and Fashion Management students through hands-on industry briefs where they explored market-entry strategies, regional consumer behaviour and localised product applications for the Dubai market, while challenging students to develop innovative concepts aligned with HELIOT EMIL’s distinctive industrial aesthetic.
