XUNRUO founders Chen Ying and Chen Dan, both among China’s Top Ten Fashion Designers, have worked as twin designers for over a decade. Their ongoing pursuit of design led them to further their studies at Istituto Marangoni—Chen Ying completing her Fashion Design MA in Milano, and Chen Dan completing her Fashion Design MA in Shanghai through the Alumni Scholarship Program. 

Since 2011, XUNRUO has appeared on major international fashion week stages, including China, Shanghai, New York, Milan, and Dubai. The brand is known for blending traditional Chinese elements—such as blue-and-white porcelain, hand embroidery, and knot buttons—with modern tailoring, creating a romantic and distinctive aesthetic.
