The 2026 edition was evaluated by an international jury of leading figures from the eyewear industry, including Harvey Ross Founder, Viva International Group and CEO, OPTYX New York, Lorraine Berton President, MIDO | Milano Eyewear Show, Stefania Cereda Oppermann Design Consultant, EssilorLuxottica, Caterina Cereda Design & Strategic Consultant, David Friedfeld President, ClearVision Optical, Giovanni Vitaloni Founder & Creative Director, VANNI Eyewear, and Bruno Palmegiani Eyewear Designer, ensuring a rigorous evaluation grounded in design excellence, technical innovation, and industry expertise.

Winner of the third-place award, “REFRACT” explores light, movement, and athletic performance through a faceted structural frame inspired by the Olympic rings.
Its lightweight monocoque construction eliminates traditional nose pads while enhancing comfort and protection during high-intensity movement. The iridescent finish transforms reflected light into part of the visual experience, balancing sports functionality with a bold contemporary aesthetic.

Selected among the global Top 10 finalists, “AERFLOW” is an eyewear concept developed for high-performance sports environments.
The project integrates aerodynamic ventilation systems into a streamlined wrap-around silhouette, reducing fogging and heat accumulation during physical activity. Advanced material research and lightweight construction combine technical efficiency with a futuristic visual identity.

Inspired by alpine landscapes and modernist architecture, “SERAC / ARCTE” combines sports performance with sustainable material research.
The project integrates recycled PET, leather, wood, and metal into an eyewear system balancing durability, environmental responsibility, and everyday elegance.

Selected as a finalist, “Ligne Alpine / Ligne Claire” rethinks protective eyewear for alpine and outdoor sports.
The project focuses on aerodynamics, ventilation, and ergonomic comfort through a lightweight structure designed to maximise visibility and reduce wind resistance. Technical performance is paired with a minimal and contemporary aesthetic language.
