Established in 2002, Tom Dixon is a British luxury design brand which is represented in 90 countries world-wide. Specializing in furniture, lighting and accessories, with an aesthetic that is intrinsically inspired by the brand’s British roots, the products are internationally recognized and appreciated for their pioneering use of materials and techniques. During the talk, part of Enhancing the Future project, Mr Dixon talked about the different stages of his uncommon professional career, about how designers should reconsider their way of thinking and working due to the changes brought by the pandemic and how the relation with the house and the objects will evolve in the next future.
