We are proud to announce an industry project between MA Fashion Design students and Bio-Fluff, one of the leaders of the sustainable vegan furs. Bio-Fluff collaborated with Stella McCartney to craft the first-ever vegan fur coat, shown as an example of sustainable fashion in Dubai during the Cop28. The coat was produced with a very innovative plant based fur created by Savian, a luxury materials brand by Bio-Fluff.

On 18th of January, Istituto Marangoni welcomed Roni GamZon, the co-founder of Bio-Fluff. Roni GamZon shared with our students a 100% plant-based fur coat they created with the designer Stella McCartney. Roni also introduced to our students some samples of 100% plant-based fur. After a discussion with Roni GamZon about new technologies and sustainable fashion, students had the emotion to try this very special coat in order to fully experience the first even fur-free-fur-coat. A first taste to understand what the fashion sustainability revolution is.
