Medea’s Giulia and Camilla Venturini become new Mentors at Istituto Marangoni Firenze

Istituto Marangoni Firenze is excited to announce a collaboration with Giulia and Camilla Venturini, creative directors and founders of Medea, for the Master in Luxury Accessories Design and Management starting in 2023/2024.
Their idea as Mentors is to encourage students to think outside the box by making them feel a healthy sense of insecurity so they take uncharted paths: “Every student must be free to express their personality to the fullest.” Their goal is to create a non-competitive, collaborative approach among students, based on working four-handedly, or in this case six-handedly, with each of them.
With their experience and talent in the accessories field, Giulia and Camilla will bring valuable practical knowledge to the students. They aim to teach students not only technical skills, but also the importance of values in creating meaningful and distinctive accessories, showing how they can be authentic means of communication.
With the inspiring backdrop of Florence and the encouragement of Giulia and Camilla, the collaboration aims to promote innovation and diverse perspectives, leading to the formation of a new generation of young designers with a unique and revolutionary vision. The students will take centre stage throughout the process.
