Since August 5th, Ben Almagor has joined the teacher training team at Istituto Marangoni Shanghai Training centre and he’s currently also the main tutor of the Fashion Design Building Block. Almagor graduated from Istituto Marangoni Milano in 2009. In the same year, he was a co-winner for the creation of couture swimsuits presented at ‘ALTAROMA’ Rome fashion week, he was the winner in the fashion design category for an eco-friendly dress design in Italy, and also won the 1st  prize in the fashion communication category for an innovative ad campaign in France, among other awards. His career is dotted with several remarkable directorships, from being the design team manager and head designer for Must Garment Group, to working as the head fashion buyer/designer at Design Avenue. At present, he is the founder, CEO and Art director of America Colors, a new fast fashion concept brand selling knit basics for women, men and kids. Within the company, he is responsible for many areas of corporate planning, including the brand’s logo, image and distribution chain, as well as commercial collection and business planning.
