Benedetta Mazzei, I'M Alumna of the Master in Luxury Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni Firenze school, is a professional working in the luxury hospitality sector. She currently works as a Brand Manager at The Hoxton hotel in Firenze.

After graduating in 2022, Benedetta began her career in the fashion industry, working in marketing for a sneaker brand where she developed a strong foundation in brand communication and strategy.
After one year, driven by a creative intuition, she transitioned into the F&B sector, joining La Ménagère in Florence, a leading hospitality destination known for its unique blend of dining and lifestyle experiences. There, she took on a role in marketing, contributing to the brand’s growth and supporting the opening of its Rome location, overseeing launch strategies, events, and brand positioning.

After two years, Benedetta took a further step in her career, becoming Brand Manager at The Hoxton Florence, where she currently works on brand development and creative direction, shaping the hotel’s identity within the contemporary hospitality landscape.
