Bona Hwang, I'M Alumna of the Intensive course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, is a fashion designer, entrepreneur, and marketing professional whose career spans Italy, South Korea, and Vietnam.

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Craft Design in South Korea, Bona moved to Milan in 2015 to pursue an Intensive Course in Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion school. During her time in Milan, she immersed herself in the Italian fashion industry and developed a strong understanding of luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and international design culture. 

After graduating, Bona built an international career across Italy, South Korea, and Vietnam. She worked with global companies including LG Electronics, L'Oréal Group, and Kodak Apparel, contributing to fashion design, product development, and global business strategies. She later worked in JCV, one of Vietnam's leading manufacturing companies, leading the Design Team and collaborating with international partners and manufacturers.

In 2024, Bona founded Shaffy, an independent womenswear label where she translates her international design experience into contemporary collections defined by refined silhouettes, premium materials, and understated luxury.
Alongside her work with Shaffy, Bona designs bespoke stage costumes for K-pop artists, translating each artist's identity into distinctive performance pieces that seamlessly merge fashion, storytelling, and stage presence.
Beyond fashion design, she leads strategic digital marketing and communication campaigns for international clients, including Sabah Tourism Board in South Korea. Today, Bona continues to expand her design career across global markets, seamlessly bridging fashion design, branding, creative direction, and strategic marketing.
