Diana Carolina Yanes has let her creative talent shine in all directions, standing out for her ability to reinterpret style without yielding to the lure of trends. She left Caracas in 2009 to enrol in the Fashion Design course of Istituto Marangoni Milano. In the following years, she did some internships at leading companies in the industry such as Oscar De La Renta and Alexander Wang. She then started working freelance as an M2M designer and as a fashion consultant. After graduation, she kicked off her career as a stylist with The HUB in Milano, before moving to Shanghai to assist Beauvillon’s creative director and design her first bags collection. Today, besides rejoining The HUB as a creative director and sewing, hand-printing and natural dye tutor, Yanes is currently creating sophisticated yet daring footwear collections with the company of which she is co-founder and creative director - Aletheia Milano - luxury brand started in 2016 whose first collection was presented at the White Show in Milano as part of the White Studio project dedicated to the world of contemporary crafts.
