Gabriella Busnelli graduated from Istituto Marangoni in 1995 from a Bachelor's course in Fashion Design. 
After her graduation and two formative internships, she won a contest organized by United colors of Benetton, which gave her the opportunity to have a scholarship in an important company. Her adventure in the fashion world began in the company based in Veneto and continued with various experiences for brands such as Paul & Shark, Cerruti, Colmar and Marina Yachting among others.
Nowadays, she is Head of Design in VF Corporation for the brand Napapijri; she deals with all aspects of the collection, from trends of the moment to market and competitor analysis, from price segmentation to defining the structure of the collection, colour planning and management of the designers' activity.
