Iris Rind, I'M Alumna of the Bachelor's course in Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising at Istituto Marangoni London, is a young professional moving her first steps in the professional world.

Iris graduated with Honours in 2023 and during her studies, she worked part-time as a Visual Merchandising Assistant at AllSaints, where she gained valuable industry experience and enhanced her professional profile prior to graduation. Shortly after graduation, Iris was offered a position as a Visual Merchandising Intern at the prestigious global fashion house Christian Dior Couture. In this role, she collaborated with the UK team responsible for launching window displays and in-store animations for the seasonal collection launches. She began her journey at Harrods and later contributed to projects across various locations throughout the UK. Her work has included the execution of high profile initiatives such as Christmas/Cruise facades, seasonal in-store animations, international pop-ups, and exclusive brand events. 
After a successful internship, she was confirmed as a member of Dior’s UK Visual Merchandising team.
