Lavinia Biancalani, I'M Alumna of the Bachelor's course in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion School, works in communications, creative direction and cultural production, with a focus on strategic brand development in the fashion, beauty and music sectors. She founded the independent creative agency The Style Pusher and Waveforms.
Lavinia was born in Prato, a Tuscan city known for its excellence in Italian textile production, and has been involved in the world of fashion since she was a child, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing aspects of small, medium and large Made in Italy companies. After graduating from high school and gaining some brief experience in the textile field, Lavinia moved to Milan to study Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion, where she graduated in 2011. She completed an internship at Burberry, at the London headquarters of the British fashion house, before returning to Italy. In 2013, she founded TheStylePusher, initially conceived as an editorial project and gradually evolving into an independent creative structure active in fashion and beauty.
She is also co-founder of Waveforms, a company that integrates music production and communication, where she oversees strategic direction and long-term organisational development.
Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, he collaborates with brands and founders on strategic development projects and contributes to the academic world as a lecturer and speaker.
