Simona began her academic journey in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion. Her cosmopolitan nature led her to continue her studies at the Paris school the following year, graduating in 2015. During her university years, Simona gained practical experience in various companies and departments within the fashion industry, including CRM, showrooms, and press offices, which helped solidify her interest in marketing and communication. After returning to Italy, she furthered her studies by obtaining a master's degree in Management of Made in Italy before joining the Tod's group in the Marketing & Media department.

Seeking new challenges and a dynamic environment, in 2016 Simona decided to join Out There, an independent media agency specializing in the Fashion & Luxury sector. There, she not only had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of cross-channel media strategy but also specialized in digital media by completing a second master's degree as a Digital Specialist. During her years at the agency, she worked on press, digital, and out-of-home planning for luxury fashion clients including Christian Louboutin, Zegna, Sergio Rossi, Woolrich, and Roberto Cavalli. Later, her role at Out There expanded to include not only overseeing all media clients but also managing special projects in digital marketing, with a particular focus on immersive technologies, gaming, AR & VR. This led her to participate in Vivatech, a technology fair in Paris, in 2022 as a Project Leader for the Louis Vuitton and Fendi stands.

Since 2023, Simona has been working as a Digital Marketing Manager at Bally, where she focuses on digital media strategy with an emphasis on branding channels, particularly social media and display advertising.
