Attended bachelor’s degree in 2008 at Istituto Marangoni Milan, Mauro Nappo began his career as a Fashion Designer collaborating with prestigious brands.

Passionate about the sneakers’ world, in 2013 he decided to embark on a new path in footwear. From 2018 to 2023 he worked as Men’s FTW Head Designer at Hogan, TOD’S Group. Nowadays he is Design Product Leader for Eli Factory, part of Eli Group, company specialized in the production and distribution of footwear and which is part of EIH-Eccellenze Italiane Holding.

In 2017 Mauro started a collaboration with an Academy of Fine Arts and Design as a Professor of Fashion Design with the aim to transmit to his students the passion and skills necessary to fashion and design world with creativity and professionalism.
