Stephanie Dawes, I’M Alumna of the Master’s programme in Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni London,  is senior professional specialized in product operations and with extensive experience across the luxury Ready-to-Wear and Accessories sectors. She currently serves as Product Director at Victoria Beckham, where she leads global product strategy and operational execution with a strong, data‑driven and end‑to‑end product focus.

After completing a degree in Fashion Business, she began her career working as a Brand Sales Manager at SixAsNine in Toronto, developing a solid commercial foundation through international wholesale exposure and brand positioning. She then relocated to London where she attended Istituto Marangoni London and, after graduating in 2009, joined Hussein Chalayan as Collection Development and Production Manager, overseeing the full product lifecycle for seasonal collections and ensuring seamless collaboration between Product Departments. She later joined OSMAN as Product Operations Manager, leading product strategy and seasonal merchandising planning while strengthening operational efficiency and financial controls.

From 2015 to 2018, she founded and directed Burgeon Studios, a consultancy agency supporting fashion brands across the UK, Europe, Asia and South America. Working with brands including JW Anderson, Wales Bonner and De La Vali to name a few, she focused on optimising product lifecycles, organisational structures, and profitability through cross‑functional operational strategies. 

She joined Victoria Beckham in 2018 as Head of Collections, progressing to Collection Director and, since 2023, Product Director. In her current role, she oversees Global Product Assortment Strategy for both Wholesale and DTC Channels and end‑to‑end workflows, leading multidisciplinary teams across merchandising, development, production and technical functions. She drives the Global Pricing Strategy, Product Mix Diversification Strategies and data‑led decision‑making, ensuring alignment across creative, commercial and operational KPIs.
