In 2010, upon winning a scholarship to study fashion at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni, Divya decided to abandon a successful modeling career in India and move to Milan. After graduating in 2011 she went on to work for leading luxury brands, such as Frette, where she worked as a fashion designer before progressing to managerial positions in brand management.

In 2017, after winning yet another scholarship, Divya graduated with an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano. This has inspired her to embark on her new entrepreneurial journey to build a fashion tech startup that is set to have a major impact on the luxury fashion industry.
