Juhi Agarwal is an expert in embroidery development and production with over a decade of international experience in the luxury fashion industry. She currently serves as Material Developer RTW & Interiors at Jakob Schlaepferas  and before she held the role of Embellishment Production Development Manager at Maison Celine in Paris, where she oversaw the industrialization of embroidery for prêt-à-porter and accessories, working closely with design studios, merchandisers, and manufacturers.

An I'M Alumna of the Fashion Design Womenswear Master’s program at Istituto Marangoni Milano, Juhi began her career at Mango in Barcelona before moving into product development at Pierre Cardin in Milan. In 2017, she joined Saint Laurent in Paris, where she specialized in embroidery design, a focus that became the core of her creative and technical expertise. As a freelancer, she later collaborated with notable brands including Paco Rabanne, Lacoste, and Diomi.
